I’ve been to the regimen club a few times now and each time I’m never disappointed. The massages by Lisa are amazing. She listens to what you want and knows what she’s doing. The wellness room is great. I love the sauna and cold plunge they have. Always clean and the staff are super friendly.

I have been seeing Zoe for the last 2 months I’ve been getting a monthly facial and let me tell you, you’re missing out! She is very gentle, friendly and knows what she’s doing she gives the best massages and not to mention that scalp massage is the cherry on top! She is also treating my son’s acne skin issue we are on month 2 and his inflammation has diminished so much by using all the skin care regimen Zoe recommended him! Martha is absolutely incredible at what she does and so thoughtful when it comes to others health. Could not recommend this place enough! Moving to Yuma caused my skin to breakout and nothing would help. I tried multiple facials by different people in the area with no luck.
