Built by a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo, The Regimen Club was born from love, healing, and a mission to care for women the way we wish we had been cared for ourselves.
We know what it feels like to go unheard. To carry it all while neglecting ourselves. To be told our concerns are “normal” or dismissed altogether. We also know how much we crave spaces where we can finally exhale—where we feel seen, supported, and safe.
That’s why we created this space.

This didn’t begin with a business plan, it began with desperation for answers. My son Aaron was diagnosed with Tourette’s. I was given prescriptions but no real help. I knew something deeper was triggering him. I dove into research, cleaned up his diet, targeted inflammation and nervous system support, and slowly, he improved.Then came my own struggles—autoimmunity, fatigue, and doctors telling me "your labs look fine." I became my own investigator, running functional labs and finally finding clarity.But the biggest heartbreak was my mom. She beat stage 3 colon cancer, but radiation left her depleted. Her kidneys failed. She was constantly sick. What no one caught was that her cells weren’t absorbing water. She was dehydrated from the inside out. That doesn’t show up on basic labs.That was my tipping point. I do this for the people still looking for answers. I do this for her.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Clients are responsible for the full cost of the service if an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours prior, or in the case of a no-show or arrival more than 15 minutes late. For gift card no-shows, 50% of the gift card value will be forfeited. It is important to confirm all appointments at least 48 hours in advance, and clients are requested to make any necessary changes through their Vagaro account. Additionally, please note that gift cards will expire 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
