The Regimen Club Cancellation Policy

At The Regimen Club, we value your time as much as our own and take pride in delivering a thoughtful, high-quality experience to every client. To ensure we can honor each appointment with care and intention, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 30% cancellation fee, as the time reserved was held exclusively for you.

  • If a deposit was collected at booking: 30% of the deposit will be retained.

  • If no deposit was collected: a 30% fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies do happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us directly — we’re always happy to work with you when possible.
