Welcome to The Regimen Club. By accessing or using our website, booking services through Vagaro, or receiving treatments at our practice, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments must be scheduled through our official booking platform at Vagaro.com/TheRegimenClub.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the provider’s discretion.

  • No-Shows: A missed appointment without prior notice may incur a charge up to the full service price.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods supported by Vagaro.

  • Deposits may be required for certain services.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments, packages, or gift cards. All sales are final.

  • Product Returns: Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days for store credit.

3. Client Expectations

  • Health Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date health and skincare history prior to treatment. This ensures your safety and optimal results.

  • Treatment Results: Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Our team provides professional recommendations based on your unique goals and needs.

  • Eligibility: Some services may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions or medications. We reserve the right to decline service for safety.

4. Wellness Services & Recommendations

  • The Regimen Club offers wellness modalities (e.g., red light therapy, cold plunge, PEMF, functional health scanning) as complementary tools—not medical treatments.

  • These services are not a substitute for medical advice. You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness routine.

5. Functional Health & Scans

  • Bio Health Scans and wellness consultations are intended to support overall well-being by identifying potential imbalances.

  • These services do not diagnose or treat disease. They are educational in nature and offered to support lifestyle and wellness improvements.

6. Privacy & Security

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with the law.

  • We use Vagaro's secure platform to manage scheduling, payments, and communication.

7. Intellectual Property
